Shipping and Delivery Information
All shipping to the UK £5, for International shipping, please e-mail or telephone. On all orders placed before 12am Monday to Friday, orders will be delivered the next day. Orders after 12am or at Weekends will take 1-2 working days delivery.
Christmas Shipping
For guaranteed UK delivery for Christmas, please place your order before 12 am on the 19th December. Normal delivery services will resume after January 5th 2010, for any additional information please contact our Customer Services Team on 0151 236 622 or contact us.
Delivery Information General
We are unable to leave a parcel unless prior arrangements have been made. Due to security reasons and standard fraud prevention checks, we can only deliver or dispatch to the card billing address. To avoid delays to your order please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement and that the card holder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary. A signature will be required on receipt of goods.
